The station is owned by the Nation Broadcasting Corporation, a subsidiary of PLDT Beneficial Trust Fund's broadcasting division MediaQuest Holdings. The station's all-news format is co-branded with News5, the news department of the television channel TV5—which MediaQuest Holdings acquired a majority stake of from Media Prima in 2010. The station's studio is located in Novaliches, Quezon City, while its transmitter is located on Sumulong Highway, Antipolo City.

DWKX, branded as 103.5 K-Lite, is an FM radio station in the Philippines owned by Advanced Media Broadcasting System, Inc. The station's studio is located in Jollibee Plaza, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, with its transmitter located in Paragon Plaza Building, EDSA corner Reliance street, Mandaluyong City.
It was known as K-Lite 103.5 from 1995–2007 and Heart 103.5 from January 2007 - June 2007.
In November 2006, the management of K-Lite decided to reformat and reorganize the station. In December of the same year, it was relaunched as Heart 1035 with an easy listening format, and new on-air personalities. They transferred their studio from Paragon Plaza to Jollibee Plaza.
On June 19, 2007, at exactly 9:00 pm, 103.5 underwent another change of format, rebranding as 103.5 Max FM (one-oh-three and-a-half Max FM) with a CHR format. By 2009 they switched directions to Top 40/Dance but kept the 103.5 Max FM moniker intact.
From late August 2010 to July 2013, the station shifted from an A-B format to a "pang-masa" format. Known as 103.5 Wow FM, this was Tiger 22 Media Corporation's first venture into the mainstream, mass-based market. The format lasted for almost three years, ending its run on July 17, 2013
On July 22, 2013, 103.5 was relaunched as the second iteration of 103.5 K-Lite, reverting back to its original adult contemporary format.

AWARDS AND RECOGNITION: In 2002 and 2003, the station was selected finalist in the KBP Golden Dove Awards for Best Provincial Radio Variety Show (Campus Centerfold) and Provincial Radio Variety Show Host (Bobby Boom). In 2010 and 2011, the station's program "Talk To Papa" was selected finalist for Best Radio Counseling Program in the Catholic Mass Media Awards. In 2011, the station's "Mga Kuwentong Karnero" (now called Pelikulang Panradyo) was selected finalist for Best Radio Drama program. Campus Radio DJ "Papa Boom" was also voted Best Male DJ in 2011 and 2012 by the UP Baguio Dap-ay Awards for Media.
EVENTS: Campus Radio Baguio is known in the Northern Luzon events scene for its trademark band competition, "Bulaklak Rock" which started in 2004 until 2011. In 2012, they launched "Bulaklak Rock: Acoustic Session" at Panagbenga Festival's Session Road In Bloom. In 2013, they staged the first "Campus Radio Streetjump Session: Baguio's Ultimate Dance Battle" for the dance crews in Northern Luzon.
